Known for her spunky personality, Carolyn Young has made a profound impact on the lives of the individuals she supports at New Avenues to Independence. Over the last 22 years, Carolyn has worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Community-Based Services, empowering individuals receiving waiver services to live fulfilling lives.

For Andrew Davis, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is more than a job; it's a lifelong calling. Now, Senior Manager of Inclusion Services at New Avenues to Independence, Andrew empowers people with IDD to engage with their communities, discover their interests, and live independently. His journey began decades ago as a volunteer at New Avenues, bringing his story full circle over 20 years later.
