Every dollar raised, every item donated, and every minute volunteered supports our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently as active members of their communities. You can support New Avenues to Independence in numerous ways that fit your style of support.

 

As a donor, you will have an option to decide if your funds are used for a specific program or service.

  • Unrestricted Funds - Donations are flexible and can be used where we need them most.

The New Avenues to Independence Fund at the Cleveland Foundation expands New Avenues' funding mix and helps ensure long-term financial stability by preserving and investing dollars for future benefit.

When you make a gift to the New Avenues to Independence Fund at the Cleveland Foundation, you play a vital role in supporting our services and empowering individuals with disabilities to feel the pride of independence through residential, community-based, employment, and inclusion services, as well as our summer camp for years to come.

In Kind

We understand cash contributions are not for everyone. New Avenues for Independence also accepts in-kind donations. In-kind donations are non-cash gifts of goods or services donated to a nonprofit organization. Instead of donating money, you can contribute:

  • Professional services: printing, legal support, marketing, event space, etc.
