Prentiss Foundation committed to quality medical care

print
The Elisabeth Severance Prentiss Foundation has awarded a three-year grant of $54,000 to support the New Avenues Medical Gap Project. This project helps us provide emergency medical support to the men and women we serve.

For the past fifteen years the generosity of the Prentiss Foundation has funded the Medical Gap Project, improving the quality of life for many hundreds of men and women with disabilities. Althea Conti, Quality Assurance Nurse for New Avenues states, “The Prentiss Foundation is instrumental in offering the means to increased independence and quality of life. This grant allows us the opportunity to purchase medical equipment such as aerosol machines, wheel chairs, orthotics, eye glasses and dentures. It also gives us the ability to pay for medication not covered by our traditional Medicaid insurance. We are so very grateful!”

The Foundation is committed to improving the quality of health care in the Greater Cleveland Community. We are grateful for the support of the Elisabeth Severance Prentiss Foundation and their commitment to the health and well-being of people in need.
