Zeve Cottage is situated on a campus that includes another cottage, a gymnasium and recreation center.

Zeve Cottage

In 1979, New Avenues built two "cottages" on our Main Campus, each accommodating 16 clients.   Today each "cottage" remains home to sixteen  individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities.
