  • offer encouragement/support to our athletes

  • provide instruction/guidance as needed

  • assist with supervision and resident needs prior to, during, and after training/event

  • resident/staff ratios will be maintained

  • volunteers needed for additional support

  • enthusiasm

  • ability to work one-on-one and with small groups

  • desire to teach
