Duties assist in recreational activities assist individuals with understanding of game rules and activities procedures assist with skill development encourage participation and interaction with others volunteer may need to use physical assistance volunteer will primarily be working with residents from New Avenues Qualifications love of senior citizens no experience necessary willingness to give hands-on assistance as needed ability to provide encouragement enthusiasm!
