Duties

• provide friendship and social interaction

• share love of gardening and outdoors

• provide both verbal and hands on training

• plant, water and tend various flowers and vegetables

• each of our homes in Lake and Cuyahoga are in need of a volunteer

Qualifications

• love of gardening

• ability to foster an appreciation of gardening in others

• ability to physically do the work (perhaps digging carrying flats, etc)

• ability to adapt skills when necessary, to allow  for understanding by person with MR/DD
